Even though our products travel over 3,500 miles before they’re ready to be delivered, we still go the extra one to make sure everything’s just right.
Our customers can trust that everything will arrive on time, in perfect condition, as we monitor our product’s entire journey - from the brewery in Ethiopia, all the way to the shores of the UK.

Here at MiA, we apply the same high standards we take when it comes to importing our product from halfway around the world, across the board.
That means that we take every possible provision to make sure your products reach you when and where you need, safe and sound. Our deliveries are also managed entirely in-house, so if there IS ever an issue, you only ever have to contact us - no third parties involved!
